Meet the forces behind Morgan West

Dennis Glavis

Dennis Glavis

Proprietor

Dennis Glavis personally owned 14 Morgans and sold perhaps a few hundred more during his 25-year stint at Ferrari of Los Gatos – helping to keep the Morgan spirit alive in America. He drove his ’53 Flatrad, “The Flying Haggis”, purchased from the infamous Mitchell Brothers (another story), in the La Carrera Race and in the Carrera PanAmericana three times. Glavis currently has sold more than 1,000 Morgans in the past 42 years which have earned more than 200 concours and rally awards – including the Pebble Beach Concours.

Grace Lovejoy

Grace Lovejoy

Office Manager

For Grace Lovejoy working at Morgan West has been quite an adventure! Lovejoy has truly enjoyed learning about these unique and very Morgan cars, and the interesting and colorful people who love and drive them! Prior to Lovejoy’s position as bookkeeper, parts facilitator, and all-around assistant at Morgan West, she was assistant to the executive director at a nonprofit providing housing for Christian college students at campuses all across the US. “Going from nonprofit to car sales and service really required “switching gears”. But it has been a fascinating and fun “ride”, says Lovejoy.

Stefan Mincu

Stefan Mincu

Raised and educated in Romania Stefan Mincu hails from a proud heritage. A graduate of Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics followed by decades of hands-on Auto-Moto mechanical repair experience in Romania, Italy, Germany, and in the USA working for Ducati, Ferrari, Mercedes, and BMW have truly made Mincu a “master mechanic”. After joining Morgan West, Mincu experienced in-depth training provided by the Morgan Motor Company providing him with technical background on all Morgan models. “Today my duty is to keep our cars on the road and not in the repair shop,” says Mincu.
